Sandra Hurtley
Founder
Sandra believes that, more than anything, a space should feel effortless. The balance and flow of a home should create a feeling of calm or a sense of happiness. Always guided by the elements and principles of design, Sandra is a self described perfectionist. A graduate of Heritage School of Interior Design, her final project received the highest marks ever given to a student at that time. After she completed interior design school her first project was an extensive high-end residence in San Francisco before landing with a staging company in the lower mainland of British Columbia. After a short time she decided to start Positive Space Inc., always with the goal of someday returning to where she grew up – Whatcom County. She has loved building relationships with long term clients and making the company into what it is today. If asked she will tell you the best part is exceeding her client’s expectations – one project at a time.
