In her free time, she is always finding new destinations to explore and pretty much always has a suitcase packed and ready to go. When she is at home, she’s hosting family & friends for summer beach fires or winter Sundays cheering on the Seahawks.

Heather Taylor has a wealth of knowledge in the industry that has expanded over 22 years. Once her Son, Sterling Roe, decided to become a Realtor, a bigger picture developed. The vision was to provide Real Estate services to clients anywhere in the Greater Puget Sound. This would allow each Broker to focus on a local territory but still work as a Team to collaborate and offer personalized attention to each seller or buyer.
Sterling lives and works in the Greater Seattle/Eastside area. Karen is our Anacortes based Broker that covers Skagit County. Heather is based in Whatcom County. The Taylor Team is a family business that also includes Steve (Heather's husband) as our Showing Broker and Stephanie (Heather’s sister) as our Client Services coordinator. Welcome recent additions to The Team are Whatcom County based Realtors Julie Ward & Sandra Hurtley.
